Everything about leaving

The questions people ask before they trust us with their site — answered up front, not after they've already signed up.

FAQ

Can I really leave for free?

Yes. Exporting your Markdown content costs nothing, today or ever. There's no downgrade wall and no "contact sales to cancel."

What do I actually get when I export?

A real file with your site's Markdown content, downloaded straight from your account page — the same button is there whether you moved in yesterday or three years ago.

Do I get my images too?

Your content and its image references export today. A complete archive that packages every original image file alongside it is on the way — until then, you can grab image files directly; nothing about them is locked away.

Can I host my site somewhere else after I leave?

Yes. The static HTML/CSS build feelreef generates runs on any standard host — no feelreef account needed to keep it live.

What happens to my domain if I leave?

Nothing happens to it that you didn't do yourself — it was always your domain. Re-point the DNS whenever you're ready, and the site there is entirely under your control.

Do I have to give a reason, or ask permission?

No. There's no exit interview and no ticket to file. Open your account, click Export my site, and you're done.

What if I moved in through Ejecta and want to come back later?

You're welcome back the same way you left — paste your site in and preview it before you commit to anything.

Still have questions?

See it for yourself before you commit to anything.
